Graphic Designer - Full-Time White Bear Lake, MN (hybrid, 3 days
in office) $65000 - $75000 / year This hybrid position is not
eligible for relocation. Must be eligible to work in the United

a privately held company BASIC FUNCTION The Graphic Designer is
responsible for developing high quality visual assets that support
both product design and marketing initiatives. This role creates
applied product graphics, marketing collateral, and experiential
visuals that enhance brand visibility and support business
development efforts. The position collaborates closely with
product, marketing, and sales teams to translate business
objectives into effective and engaging visual solutions. This
hybrid position is not eligible for relocation. Must be eligible to
work in the United States without visa sponsorship. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES: Product & Applied Graphics Design decals, labels,
and applied branding elements for products and services. Create
original vector artwork for souvenir medallions and other branded
products to drive sales for client partners. Support product teams
by developing UI elements, kiosk graphics, and instructional
visuals. Build and maintain visual Bills of Materials (BOMs) and
product reference graphics to support internal teams and client
communication. Tradeshow & Experiential Graphics Design pop-up
displays, booth graphics, and other experiential marketing visuals.
Translate marketing messaging into high-impact large-format visual
designs. Prepare production-ready files and specifications for
print vendors. Marketing & Brand Support Update and standardize
marketing collateral such as brochures within a cohesive visual
system. Develop industry-specific PowerPoint templates for internal
and external presentations. Create high-quality product mockups
using advanced image editing and compositing techniques. Produce
executive presentations, proposal graphics, and RFP visuals. Design
icons, logos, and visual elements for emerging products and new
lines of business. Maintain organized design files and shared asset
libraries to ensure accessibility and consistency. KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS AND ABILITIES Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ,
particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Strong
PowerPoint expertise with the ability to build editable templates
for non-design users. Knowledge of print production processes, die
guides, and technical constraints for manufacturing physical goods.
Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory,
layout, and branding. Ability to translate business objectives and
product requirements into effective design solutions. Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously. Excellent collaboration and communication skills,
with the ability to work effectively across technical and business
teams. High level of creativity combined with strong attention to
detail. EXPERIENCE Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic
design experience. Experience in creating both marketing materials
and applied product graphics preferred. Demonstrated experience
preparing production-ready files for print and large-format
graphics. Portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and physical
product or packaging design required. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree
in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or
equivalent combination of education and experience. TRAVEL REQUIRED
Minimal travel may be required, primarily for tradeshows, vendor
coordination, or onsite design support. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Ability to
view and review detailed visual designs for extended periods.
Occasional lifting of presentation materials or display items up to
