Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
Machine Operator/Packager to join their team. As a Machine
Operator/Packager, you will be part of the production department
supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have
attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented
mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job
Title: Machine Operator/Packager Location: Rochester, MN Pay Range:
$22.25 Shift: Rotating 12 hour dayshift What's the Job? Safely
set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and
product output. Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and
address routine equipment malfunctions. Ensure high-quality goods
are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions. Follow safety
policies, including wearing personal protective equipment and
adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records and
communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. What's
Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 2 years of
experience in manufacturing or a similar role. Strong technical
skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment. Ability to lift up
to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. What's in
