Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
Machine Operator (Production Operative) to join their team. As a
Machine Operator (Production Operative), you will be part of the
production department supporting the manufacturing process. The
ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to
detail, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator
(Production Operative) Location: Owatonna, MN Pay Range: $22/hour
Shift: 4pm - 2:30am, Monday through Thursday What's the Job? Safely
set up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and
product output Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and
address routine equipment malfunctions Ensure high-quality goods
are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions Follow safety
policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective
equipment Maintain accurate records and documentation related to
production activities What's Needed? High school diploma or GED
equivalent At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or related
roles Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and
equipment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various
environmental conditions Excellent problem-solving skills and
