We are currently seeking a highly skilled Litigation Legal
Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic legal team on a
permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven
individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is
passionate about the legal industry. The ideal candidate will have
a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with extensive
knowledge in hearing and trial preparation, efiling, PACER efiling,
and calendaring deadlines. Responsibilities: As a Litigation Legal
Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include but
are not limited to: 1. Assisting attorneys in preparation for
hearings and trials, including researching legal precedents,
preparing legal documents and reports, and organizing case files.
2. Managing and maintaining the efiling system, ensuring all
documents are filed correctly and promptly. 3. Utilizing PACER
efiling system to manage federal court filings and keep track of
case progress. 4. Calendaring deadlines and ensuring all tasks are
completed within the set timeframe. 5. Communicating with clients,
legal teams, and courts to coordinate legal proceedings. 6.
Providing general administrative support to the legal team,
including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and
maintaining files. 7. Ensuring compliance with all legal standards
and regulations. Qualifications: To be considered for this role,
you must have: 1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal
Administrative Assistant, preferably in defense civil litigation in
a law firm environment. 2. Proficiency in hearing and trial
preparation, efiling, PACER efiling, and calendaring deadlines. 3.
Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and
legal document formatting. 4. Exceptional organizational skills
with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
simultaneously. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with
confidential information. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research software. Join our team
