Genesis10 is currently seeking an Implementation Project Manager with EGWP/Medicar experience for a 6 month contract role with our client in Minneapolis, MN. This role is 100% remote. Summary: Client facing experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and related systems, specifically Employer Group Waiver Plan (EGWP). Strong project management experience, ability to work cross -functionally, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Responsibilities: manage entire client onboarding implementation project (discovery, requirements gathering, project plan creation, meeting facilitation, delivery, audit, transition, etc.) main point of contact for client – outward facing resource for assigned projects with direct client contact coordinate and conduct benefit discussions with all parties, manages internal/external efforts for creation of benefit plan requirements, specialty, formulary and networks monitor, track and report project status and performance to internal/external stakeholders, including issue escalation and mitigation work with client and internal cross functional teams to proactively identify implementation issues and drive to resolution ensure accuracy of benefit plan set-up and on-time deliverables Qualifications: 3 years experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management and CMS Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWPs) Project management - managing complex projects with various stakeholders Experience in a client facing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication, listening and organizational skillsreferred Qualifications: PMP certification Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $44.00 to $48.00/Hr.
