for a registered nurse skilled in stepdown care, based in Eden
Prairie, MN, with shifts at a well-regarded medical center nearby.
The role requires a minimum of two years of recent progressive care
unit experience coupled with some ICU exposure, preparing you to
provide exceptional care in a dynamic, multi-unit environment.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active Minnesota RN license
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 2 years recent PCU
experience plus some ICU experience Ability and willingness to
float between PCU, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Location:
Situated near Eden Prairie, this healthcare facility serves the St.
Louis Park community, offering access to diverse patient
populations in a supportive, urban-suburban environment. The area
provides ample amenities, green spaces, and easy connections to the
broader Twin Cities region. Schedule/Hours: Day and night rotations
12-hour shifts Approximately 36 hours per week Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to PCU patients with readiness to
transition to ICU-level responsibilities when required Closely
monitor patients conditions and respond effectively to changes
Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams across units
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards
Adapt to varying clinical demands by floating between units as
