Preparing examination and surgical rooms for urology procedures Assisting urologists during diagnostic procedures and urological surgeries Sterilizing and maintaining urology instruments and equipment Collecting, documenting, and managing patient data and medical histories Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures Providing patients with pre- and post-operative care instructions Proficient in using medical diagnostic equipment and tools related to urology Excellent sterile technique and infection control practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team Familiarity with medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification from a recognized Urologic Technician program (highly desired) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
