Job Description:
We are seeking a BCBA to provide high-quality, evidence-based
ABA therapy with flexible hours and competitive pay.
Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and oversee
client progress.
Provide training and supervision to RBTs and guidance to
families.
Conduct assessments, initial intakes, and discharge planning.
Communicate with treatment teams and collaborate with other
providers.
Qualifications include BCBA certification or exam within a month,
experience with developmental disabilities, reliable
transportation, and strong communication skills.
Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lbs and mobility
tasks.
