development, and regulatory delivering consumable products in many
different formats into consumer packaging. We have invested in
high-speed, automated equipment, enhancing our operational
efficiency and increasing our manufacturing capacity.This role is
located in a western suburb of the Twin CitiesJOB
DESCRIPTIONSummary:The Director of Sales develops a strategic
vision and objectives to find potential new markets and business
possibilities to support sales goals and ongoing sales growth. The
responsibilities will encompass marketing, sales, and business
development, with a focus on expanding market share, increasing
revenue, and managing a team.Contribute to a
CAN DO, WILL DO, TEAM WIN culture be the glass half full person .
bring solutions when there are problems .Develop and execute
strategic sales and market development plans to drive business
growth and achieve revenue targets.Provides leadership and
direction to the Business Development team.Rigorously prospect for
new business and follow up and qualify leads in the pipeline.Works
with sales team for new customer leads.Driving revenue growth and
net margin to help us achieve and exceed our goals.Conduct in-depth
market analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive
threats.Synthesize information and leverage data-driven arguments
to make and guide informed decisions.Identify existing and future
growth market opportunities to maximize top-line and market share
position.Identify new prospects, product development opportunities,
and market trends.Work closely with internal teams and external
collaborators to explore and execute business development
opportunities.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to
measure the success of commercialization efforts.Provide regular
reports to senior management on progress and
performance.Responsible for annual budget and three-year planning
pipeline business & pricing of feasibilityEducation and
ExperiencesA bachelor s degree in business, or similar field
preferred.A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership
with a track record of successful leadership experience.Familiarity
or prior experience in the Nutraceutical, Food/Beverage industry,
or packaging experience highly preferred.Proven track record of
successfully developing new markets, growing sales and enhancing
profitability
