Job Description Job Description Job Title: CNC Swiss Machinists Join a growing medical device manufacturer and put your CNC Swiss machining skills to work in a clean, modern, and well?organized shop. We’re hiring an experienced 2nd Shift CNC Swiss Machinist to operate L12 and L20 machines and produce high?precision components for cutting?edge medical applications. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines (L12 & L20) Perform full production processes: setups, tooling changes, program edits, troubleshooting Run medium?to?high volume medical part production Inspect parts using microscopes, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, calipers, and indicators Interpret blueprints, GD&T, layouts, and job travelers Follow ISO and medical manufacturing procedures Qualifications 4 years of CNC Swiss setup and operating experience Experience with L12 or L20 machines required Strong understanding of ISO quality systems (medical device experience preferred) Solid shop math and measurement skills Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively Benefits Growing company, they added 20000 square feet and a new investment company is bringing more business in Is the past 3 years, the Blaine plant has had 18-30% growth every year and has gone from 90 to 200 employees Straight 8-hour shifts with 30-minute paid lunch breaks! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.25 - $40.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
