Senior Project Manager Location: St.Paul, MN • Immediate Hire
What You’ll Do: Lead large-scale industrial, commercial, or
mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through
commissioning Own estimating, change orders, schedule, budget
management, and stakeholder communication Coach & mentor PM and APM
staff; drive best practices across the team What We’re Looking For:
5 years managing industrial/mechanical or process-focused
construction Strong estimating, analytical, problem-solving, and
scheduling skills (MS Project) Excellent communicator with the
