Position Overview: We are seeking an Assurance Senior Associate who
will play a key role in audit engagements while developing industry
expertise and providing trusted advisory support to clients. This
position offers significant opportunities for advancement,

You Will Do: ? Serve as a trusted member of the engagement team
delivering assurance and consulting services. ? Proactively
communicate with clients throughout the year to obtain information
and address questions. ? Plan and supervise the execution of audit
engagement activities. ? Perform and review substantive testing on
balance sheets and income statements. ? Conduct and review internal
control testing and provide actionable recommendations. ?
Participate in discussions with Managers and Partners regarding
business insights and recommendations. ? Learn through coaching,
mentoring, and structured firm-wide development programs. ? Build
strong internal and external relationships using your
entrepreneurial mindset. ? Support team development in alignment
with the firm’s coaching philosophy. ? Participate in team-building
activities that promote work-life balance. Qualifications: ?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent coursework required
for CPA exam eligibility. ? CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA
completion. ? Two or more years of audit experience in public
accounting. ? Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational,
and problem-solving skills. ? Demonstrated leadership and project
management capabilities. ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
? Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred. If
